Use Ventoy
Ventoy is not supported for installing KDE Linux images:
- Technical limitations. KDE Linux’s image-based boot process is incompatible with Ventoy.
- Questionable blobs. Ventoy ships pre-built binary blobs not produced by its own build system; concerns about this practice have been raised upstream but remain unresolved.
- Secure Boot bypass. Ventoy is designed to bypass Secure Boot using a reused Machine Owner Key, which conflicts with KDE Linux’s goals for code integrity verification.
Please create a live USB using the supported steps instead.
