KDE Linux is run by passionate volunteers who are eager to help with issues you may encounter. However they make no guarantees about their ability to do so in a timely matter, to any level of success, or at all; support resources are provided on an “as available, best effort” basis.

Before trying anything recommended on this page, do the following two things first:

Get help with a problem using KDE Linux

Use discuss.kde.org, and tag your post with “kde-linux”.

Talk with the KDE Linux developers about issues

Use Matrix.

Report a bug

If you know or are told that your issue is a bug, please report it so the developers can fix it for everyone and advise you of any relevant workarounds in the meantime.

Run the collect-logs tool and attach its output to every bug report you open.

Pre nahlásenie problémov v samotnom operačnom systéme KDE Linux (t. j. dizajn OS, integrácia, systémové služby atď.) použite invent.kde.org a ignorujte strašidelný červený banner v hornej časti stránky.
Pre nahlásenie problémov v KDE Plasma alebo akýchkoľvek aplikáciách KDE použite bugs.kde.org.
